Westside Tattoo LLC Deposit Policy

Thank you for choosing Westside Tattoo LLC! To ensure clarity and a smooth experience, we’ve outlined our deposit policy below. Please review it carefully. When visiting our studio, you will be required to sign a copy of this policy, which you may retain for your records. By booking an appointment over the phone, it is understood that you have read, understood, and accepted the following terms.

Deposit Terms

1. Non-Refundable Deposits:

   • All deposits, regardless of the amount, are final and non-refundable.

   • Deposits will be applied toward the total cost of your tattoo.

2. Missed Appointments or Cancellations:

   • If you fail to show up for your appointment or cancel, your deposit will be forfeited.

3. Rescheduling:

   • You may reschedule your appointment one time by providing at least 48 hours' notice prior to your scheduled time.

   • Your deposit will remain valid and be applied to the new appointment date.

   • Failure to reschedule within this time frame or a second reschedule request will result in the loss of your deposit.

4. Store Credit:

   • If you provide the required 48 hours' notice but cannot reschedule immediately, your deposit may be converted into store credit valid for 30 days.

   • Store credit cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.

Appointment Policies

1. ID Requirements:

   • A valid picture ID is required for all appointments—no exceptions.

2. Age Restrictions:

   • No one under the age of 18 is permitted in the studio.

   • Children are not allowed in the workstation areas for their safety. Please make other arrangements for childcare.

Touch-Up Policy

​​

1. Eligibility for Free Touch-Ups:

   • Tattoos are eligible for one free touch-up within 3 months of the original session, if needed.

   • Touch-ups for tattoos on hands or feet are not included in the free touch-up policy and will incur a charge.

2. Exclusions:

   • Free touch-ups will not be honored if you damage your tattoo during the healing process.

   • The determination of whether a touch-up is required or free is at the discretion of your artist.
