Welcome to Westside Tattoo LLC. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website, services, and studio. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you should not use our services.

General Information

 

Westside Tattoo LLC provides tattoo services subject to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and users of our services. By booking an appointment, purchasing products, or interacting with our studio, you acknowledge and agree to the following.

Deposits Policy

​​

  1. Non-Refundable Deposits:

    • All deposits are final and non-refundable, regardless of the amount.

    • Deposits will be applied toward the final cost of your tattoo.

  2. Missed Appointments or Cancellations:

    • If you fail to show up for your appointment or cancel, your deposit will be forfeited.

  3. Rescheduling:

    • You may reschedule your appointment once by providing at least 48 hours' notice prior to the appointment.

    • Deposits for rescheduled appointments remain valid for the new date. Failure to provide proper notice or requesting to reschedule a second time will result in the loss of your deposit.

  4. Store Credit:

    • If you provide the required 48 hours' notice but cannot reschedule, your deposit may be converted into store credit valid for 30 days.

    • Store credit cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.

  5. Picture ID Requirement:

    • A valid photo ID is required for all appointments. No exceptions.

  6. Age Restrictions:

    • Clients must be at least 18 years old to receive services.

    • Children are not permitted in workstations, and no one under 18 is allowed in the studio.

Appointment Reminders and Communications

  1. Consent to Receive Communications:

    • By booking an appointment or providing your contact information, you agree to receive communications from Westside Tattoo LLC via email, SMS, and phone calls.

    • These communications may include:

      • Appointment reminders.

      • Updates about your scheduled services.

      • Marketing messages and promotional offers.

    • You may opt-out of marketing messages at any time by following the opt-out instructions included in our communications.

  2. Text Message and Email Policy:

    • Standard messaging and data rates may apply to SMS communications.

    • Westside Tattoo LLC is not responsible for any charges incurred by your service provider.

  3. Appointment Reminders:

    • Appointment reminders are sent as a courtesy. Failure to receive a reminder does not waive your responsibility to attend your appointment or affect the deposit policy.

Photography, Video, and Marketing Use

  1. Permission to Photograph and Record:

    • By receiving services at Westside Tattoo LLC, you grant us permission to photograph and/or record video footage of your tattoo both during and after the tattooing process. These visuals may include images or video of the tattooed area and surrounding skin as necessary to showcase the artwork.

  2. Use of Photographs and Videos:

    • You agree that Westside Tattoo LLC retains the rights to use these photographs and videos for:

      • Marketing and promotional purposes.

      • Displaying our work on our website, social media platforms, and in our studio.

      • Educational or artistic portfolios to showcase the skills of our artists.

  3. Privacy:

    • While photographs and videos may include your tattoo and the surrounding area, we will not disclose personal identifying information (e.g., your name or face) without your explicit consent.

  4. Revocation of Consent:

    • If, for any reason, you do not wish for your tattoo photographs or videos to be used for marketing purposes, please inform us in writing prior to your appointment or at the time of service.

Touch-Up Policy

​​

  1. Free Touch-Ups:

    • You are eligible for one free touch-up within 3 months of receiving your tattoo if needed.

    • Tattoos on hands or feet are not eligible for free touch-ups.

  2. Exclusions:

    • Free touch-ups will not be provided if you damage your tattoo during the healing process.

    • The decision to offer a touch-up at no charge is at the sole discretion of your artist.

 

Studio Rules

  1. Health and Safety:

    • For the safety of our staff and clients, children and individuals under 18 years old are not permitted in the studio.

    • Please follow all studio hygiene and safety instructions during your visit.

  2. Behavior:

    • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate or disruptive behavior.

 

Refund Policy

  1. Services:

    • Payments for services rendered, including deposits, are non-refundable.

  2. Products:

    • Merchandise or aftercare products may be returned within seven (7) days of purchase if unopened and in original condition.

 

Liability Disclaimer

  1. Tattoo Care:

    • You acknowledge that you have been provided with aftercare instructions. Westside Tattoo LLC is not liable for any issues resulting from improper aftercare or failure to follow the provided instructions.

  2. Medical Conditions:

    • You must disclose any medical conditions or skin sensitivities before your appointment. Westside Tattoo LLC is not responsible for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed conditions.

 

Intellectual Property

 

All content on this website, including images, designs, text, and logos, is the property of Westside Tattoo LLC and is protected under copyright law. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

 

Changes to Terms

 

Westside Tattoo LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

 

Governing Law

 

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Colorado.
